Kids Help Phone’s texting service is free and available in English and French across Canada 24/7 when you want to let your feelings out without judgment. Your conversation with a volunteer crisis responder is confidential (but not anonymous). This means we might be able to view some of your information if (and only if!) we believe someone’s at risk of harm.
